    Edge’s technology and customer journey solutions span across the following energy-centric topics:

    • Electric, natural gas and other energy procurement and supply including renewables, RECs, PPAs, REC/PPA hybrids, solar, community solar, on-site generation, battery/storage, aggregation, demand/usage, DER (Distributed Energy Resources), demand management

    • Bill auditing including rebates and incentives

    • Energy usage aggregation and data warehousing

    Job Summary

    The Customer Success Account Manager will work in a team environment to support EDGE and the EDGE Customer Success Management (CSM) organization in advancing objectives of achieving high customer satisfaction and driving growth with EDGE’s existing customer base. Customer Success team members will utilize data analytics skills combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and support the overall Customer Journey/Experience at EDGE.

    This is a remote position however there is a preference for candidates from the greater Philadelphia area as the team gets together monthly, sometimes more frequently.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Analyze customer success data, observations and market trends and reports to provide insight on areas of improvement and potential new capabilities

    • Partner with Customer Success Members to deliver various metrics related to the client

    • Focus on the customer experience, performing research as well as examining the results

    • Involved in day-to-day tasks for any portion of the customer journey/experience including onboarding and account management

    • Generate accounting reports for commission-based referrals on a monthly basis.

    Knowledge/Skills

    • 1-3 years customer success account management experience

    • Excellent analytical skills and data analysis experience

    • Strong writing and interpersonal skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace

    • Meticulous and thorough to guarantee the accuracy of findings

    • Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks/priorities

    • Proven self-starter with the drive to succeed and understand “why”, Empathetic

    • Energy industry experience/knowledge desired but not required

    Job Description

    This Energy Data Specialist role is both technical/data and operations in nature, and will bridge the gap between clients needs/product plans and business-level technical implementations typically of a data-centric nature.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ownership of new client data ETL & onboarding

    • Perform data analysis to determine data quality before and after ETL/import

    • Support/optimize data processing data onboarding tools

    • Define/author requirements for features to support data processing

    • Ensure the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones

    • Design ad hoc reporting as needed using various data tools

    • Evaluate software packages to support new company initiatives

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, business or a related field

    • 1-3 years experience in data analysis, processing or related role

    • Experience working in a hands-on data implementation or onboarding role

    • Preferred experience: use of Knime or Alteryx data tools, or related ETL tool experience

    • Hands-on technical knowledge - SQL, RDBMS, data analysis concepts

    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

    • The ability to multitask effectively

    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills

    • Detail-oriented, exceptional communication and customer service skills
